How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Dr. PraxO account and all associated personal data at any time by following the steps below.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Dr. PraxO app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your personal profile (name, phone number, date of birth, gender)
- Your booking history and appointment records
- Your uploaded prescriptions and lab reports
- Your wallet balance and transaction history
- Your family member details
- All saved preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
We may retain certain data for up to 90 days after your deletion request for the following reasons:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolution of pending disputes or refunds
After this period, all retained data is permanently deleted.

Include your registered phone number in the email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
