1. What Dr. PraxO Is

Dr. PraxO is a platform that helps users find doctors and book clinic appointments, including token/queue-based visits.

Dr. PraxO is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. Medical consultation and treatment are provided solely by the respective doctors or clinics. Dr. PraxO only facilitates appointment booking and related digital services.

2. Who Can Use This App

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP.

3. Booking Appointments

• Appointments are subject to the doctor's availability and clinic policies.
• A confirmed booking does not guarantee the exact consultation time, as clinics may experience delays.
• You should arrive at the clinic on time according to your scheduled token or slot.
• You may book appointments for yourself or family members, provided you have their consent to share their information.

4. Fees and Payments

• Consultation fees are determined by the doctor or clinic and displayed during booking.
• Any platform or service charges will be clearly shown before payment.
• Payments are securely processed through authorized payment partners.
• Please retain your payment receipt for future reference.

5. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

• You may cancel appointments according to the cancellation policy displayed in the application.
• Late cancellations or failure to attend may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.
• Eligible refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund policy and may require several business days.
• If a doctor or clinic cancels your appointment, Dr. PraxO will assist with rescheduling or processing a refund where applicable.

6. Follow-ups / Reconsultations

• Eligibility for follow-up or reconsultation depends entirely on the doctor's policy.
• Any fee waiver or free reconsultation is subject to the conditions shown within the application.
• Eligibility may expire after a specified time period.

7. Medical Advice Disclaimer

• Information available in the app, including doctor profiles, specialties, appointment availability, reports, and messages, is provided only for convenience.
• It should not be considered professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• For medical emergencies, immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
• Do not rely on Dr. PraxO for emergency medical care.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical history and symptoms to your healthcare provider whenever required.
• Follow all clinic instructions regarding arrival time, documents, and medical reports.
• Do not misuse the platform by making fake bookings, committing fraud, abusing services, or sharing another person's information without consent.
• Do not use the application for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

9. Health Records and Reports

• You confirm that you have the legal right to upload or share any medical reports or documents.
• Doctors and clinics may use the shared information solely for providing healthcare related to your appointment.
• You are responsible for maintaining copies of your important medical records.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed according to the Dr. PraxO Privacy Policy. By using this application, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension

Dr. PraxO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or create safety risks for other users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Dr. PraxO is not responsible for the quality, outcome, accuracy, or effectiveness of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by doctors or clinics.
• Dr. PraxO is not liable for appointment delays, doctor unavailability, clinic operational issues, payment gateway failures, internet interruptions, or device-related problems beyond our reasonable control.
• Our responsibility is limited to providing the appointment booking platform and associated digital services described within the application.

13. Changes to These Terms

Dr. PraxO may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required, important changes will be presented within the application for your acknowledgement.
