01What is token booking?
You reserve a place in the clinic queue — NORMAL for regular timed slots, VIP when the clinic offers priority — then pay and confirm in the app.
02What’s the difference between NORMAL and VIP?
NORMAL tokens follow regular session timing. VIP tokens are an optional priority path when a clinic enables them. Both stay in the same clinic queue, and clinics control capacity for each.
03Will I see fees before I pay?
Yes. Checkout shows consultation and platform fees clearly before you confirm payment.

01Do online and walk-in patients share one queue?
Yes. DrPraxo is built so online bookings and counter visits stay in one clinic workflow — not two separate lists.
02Can labs connect to the patient journey?
Labs receive assignments and upload reports through the portal, tied to the same care flow as the clinic visit.
03How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page to send a message, or email us directly from the details listed there. We’ll help with patient, clinic, lab, and partnership questions.

01How do I book an appointment?
Open Doctors, choose a doctor, pick a date, select an available slot, and confirm your booking. Your token number is assigned automatically.
02How do I cancel my booking?
Go to My Appointments, open the booking, and tap Cancel. Cancellation may be restricted close to the appointment start time.
03What is VIP Booking?
VIP Booking lets you book a premium hourly window with higher priority and dedicated VIP capacity, subject to the doctor enabling VIP for that session.
